PRE-ORDER

Please alert on ORDER DEADLINE for every PO items.
Order placed before deadline ensure/secure price & slot, any order placed after deadline would NOT be entertained.
Deposit collected is NOT refundable (excluding supplier's stock shortage cases).
In the case of supplier shortage, PO items will be distributed base on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basic.
PO price is FIXED, except there is noticeable/massive fluctuation on currency exchange rate.
Balance & postage for each PO item will be collected upon stock arrival.
Failure of clearing the balance within TWO WEEKS from the informed arrival date will lead to deposit forfeiture.

TENTATIVE PRE-ORDER

Items marked with "TENTATIVE PRE-ORDER" are those with uncertain release date/availability, usually subject to CHANGES/DELAYS on actual release date, SOLELY depends on manufacturer's side.
These items can be ordered as per any regular PO items & we shall inform you as soon as possible once we gain the exact information or procure efficient stock level.

BACK-ORDER

Back-order items are those which are currently not ready in stock and are available to RE-ORDER from distributor/supplier.
Please allow at least 2~3 working days for us to check with our suppliers for item availability.
Back-order items availability are subject to supplier side, price shown might CHANGE without prior notice.
Back-order any items from supplier usually will takes ~4 weeks from order confirmation, however actual ETA (estimated time of arrival) is subject to changes/delay.

CUSTOM ORDER

Any special request/inquiry for items which are not available on our website, kindly contact us for availability.
There is NO GUARANTEE for the requested items to be found, do allow 3-4 working days for us to source the respective item.
We would try our best to get your requested items at a reasonable price & condition.

ITEM ARRIVAL

Item ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) stated serve as a reference ONLY, actual arrival might varies, subject to suppliers' distribution process, shipping & custom clearance progress, etc.
Kindly wait for our notification as we are going to contact buyer individually within 2 working days for balance collection & shipping arrangement.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Item price shown on our website is postage excluded, several local courier services are available on check-out page, for buyer's own preference.
Item will be packed carefully & nicely, bubble-wrapped, placed in hard cardboard box with stuffing protecting the item.
Tracking number will be provided once item is shipped.
We would do our best on packaging but any damage incurred during delivery progress or inappropriate handling by courier companies is sadly beyond our control.

All items available on our website are GENUINE, imported directly from Japan/Oversea authorised distributors or manufacturers.
